Fatigued? Exhausted? Tired? Sleepy? Digestion issues?
These issues may be due to problems in the adrenal glands.
What are the adrenal glands?
Adrenal glands produce adrenaline. Your body requires adrenaline in small quantities for day-to-day activities. The adrenal glands are also used to manage the blood sugar and salt levels in the body. The adrenal glands can get overworked by caffeine and stress. They get fatigued, no longer responds normally, not enough energy during the day, low blood sugar and finally too much adrenaline at night causing sleeplessness. When they are over worked they become sluggish and less responsive to the needs of the body.
Restoring the normal function of the adrenals
There is a simple way to help restore normal function to the adrenal gland. Take about 3000 mg of Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) each day. Additionally, core level adrenal should be taken.
Before going to bed, you should do some mild exercise to help burn off any extra adrenaline in the muscles. Avoid caffeine after 3:oo pm. If possible arrange your schedule to get at least 1 hour more sleep per night. Following these suggestions should lead to better sleep and more energy throughout the day.
Other symptoms of adrenal fatigue
Anxiety, arthritis, reduced memory, depression, difficulty concentrating, insomnia and inability to lose weight. These symptoms may be due to adrenal fatigue, clinically known as hypoadrenia.
